1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Aadhyavi. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.aadhyavi.com (the "Site") and the purchase of any handcrafted crochet products offered by Aadhyavi ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or accessing under the supervision of a parent or guardian) and that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Products & Handmade Nature

Every Aadhyavi item is crocheted by hand. As a result, slight variations in colour, size, texture, and finish are natural and are not considered defects — they are part of the charm of a genuinely handmade piece.

We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but actual appearance may vary depending on your screen settings and the specific yarn batch used.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices, products, and promotions at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be completed in full at the time of ordering through our approved payment methods. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorisation.

4. Orders & Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where a product is out of stock, where there is an error in pricing or description, or where we suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund for the cancelled items.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India and, where available, internationally. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are indicative only. Because items are handmade, made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Made-to-order and customised items may not be eligible for return except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Refunds, where approved, are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period after the returned item is received and inspected.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Aadhyavi name and logo, product designs, crochet patterns, photographs, text, and graphics — is the property of Aadhyavi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any of our content or designs without our prior written permission.

8. User Accounts & Conduct

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Site.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aadhyavi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
